Fighting Words has been travelling around the country in 2015!
As well as opening Fighting Words Belfast, teams of Fighting Words volunteers have run workshops in Castlebar, Co. Mayo, Dingle in Co. Kerry and in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.
In Castlebar, we worked with primary and secondary school students at the Museum of Country Life.
In Dingle, we ran a primary school workshop as part of the Animation Dingle festival with support from our friends at JAM Media.

Everyone has a story to tell.
A Reading of eight short plays, devised and scripted by teenage writers took place on Thursday 2nd April at the Peacock Theatre.
Fighting Words was on the road again.
On Tuesday, March 10th, Fighting Words launched its new centre in Belfast, which was attended by Glenn Patterson and Roddy Doyle.
Fighting Words was at St Patrick's Cathedral, hosting a story writing workshop attended by St Damian’s National School, 5th Class. Please check out the photos and sketches of our story-writing workshop in one of Dublin's oldest and most beautiful buildings!
The premiere screening of 'The Story will be revealed in the Movie' took place on Saturday 22nd November at the Science Gallery, Trinity College.
Members of Write Club, past and present, took part in a series of Readings to celebrate Joyce's Dubliners. Sean Farrelly, Robyn Gill and Eoin Moore took part in the afternoon of events at the James Joyce Centre.
