Paul Durcan gave a reading and took questions at Fighting Words on the evening of Tuesday June 22nd.
‘Fighting Tuesdays’ was launched at Larkin Community College on Tuesday 25th May.
Jonathan Moore and Marian Ivanov read extracts from their stories and Amanda Miller, Carina Tkachova and Desislava Barimova spoke about their experiences writing the stories.
Several of the students will be doing radio interviews over the coming weeks.
RTÉ Junior asked Fighting Words to put together a one-hour radio show for broadcast this Halloween and this is the result.
'Halloween' is produced and presented by the students of St. Laurence O'Toole's Girls National School, Sheriff Street, Dublin.
Tune in to hear what Halloween means to them, how they, their parents and grandparents celebrate it and about haunted locations/buildings in their neighbourhood.
