Samuel and The Doorbell of Time

Once there was a haunted house. The door creaked open and there was a teddy inside. The teddy bear had red eyes and was grey and black. 

Beside the teddy bear there was a zombie called Zee.

Zombie Zee had a puppet teddy giraffe in his hand and the teddy bear with red eyes was scared.

M1 on the Run

In a dark, gloomy orphanage in Russia, there was a six-year-old Russian girl with a pet named Flubber Nuggets who wanted to eliminate Bladimir Butin.

This girl’s name was M1 Grand and she got her name from her parents’ favourite type of gun. 

At the age of six, she escaped the orphanage and started her journey along with Flubber Nuggets.

Kevin vs. Doctor Nakenpoo

It was a Saturday morning and Kevin the cube looked out the window. There were thunderstorms outside.

Kevin kind of liked thunderstorms because he used to live in storms.

Bob the cube was outside the window, walking. Suddenly, Kevin’s arch-nemesis, Doctor Nakenpoo appeared!

Lavender and the Jungle

Run Rabbit Run

Timmy the Turtle was in Australia on his holidays. He was down by the beach practicing his running.

The wolves from South America usually knocked him down on his shell. Timmy was happy to get a break away from them.

His best friend is Big Fat Cow but he is at home in Ireland and he really misses him.

Everybody knows Little Jimmy with his vibrant red hair and backwards cap.

He knew he was the talk of the town and then he went in to collect his post in the local post office at eleven in the morning. 

As he left the post office, dancing around and playing his flute, he danced all the way to Old Man Widdle’s house.

Fizzy & the Scary Bananas

Once upon a time, there was a lizard named Fizzy. Fizzy wanted to become immortal but he hated bananas.

Fizzy wanted to eat bananas but it made him sick.

He met a new best friend after his other friend kicked him out of the house because he got sick all over the house after trying to eat bananas.

The Runaway

It was 1939, Jimmy Byrne had just returned home from work in the factory.

A letter was waiting for him which said you have been drafted to war.

The letter said Come serve your country. Jimmy got a big fright when he received the letter he wasn't expecting it.

Teddy Goes Rogue

Once upon a time Jason the Boy was digging in his back garden to plant flowers when he found a time capsule.

He opened it and marvelled at what he saw. He found a teddy bear that was pink with brown spots. 

”You’re now my best friend,” said Jason.

The Day of the Pig

Anna the Girl was being chased by a pig. She had no escape, unless she was to climb into a tree and stay there until the pig was gone.

Her heart was beating, the hair on her neck stood on end. She was waiting in the tree for hours until the pig left.

When she was younger, she had been bitten by an angry and depressed pig which was why she was so scared of them!

Peely and Baby’s Adventures

Once there was a knight whose name was Peely. He wore banana armour.

He was at war with Big Bad banana, the brown banana. Bad banana was trying to make Peely into a rotten, brown banana.

Then, he met someone called Baby in the war on a walk on the beach.

The Magical Adventure of Mr. Ducky and Vladimir the Red Dragon

The beast awakened and the town heard him yawn. He was very mad and upset.

Vladimir the red dragon had flashbacks from when he was playing and dancing with his best friend, Mr. Ducky, when he was little. 

The guards from the kingdom came and took him away when he was a young dragon aged one year.

The Apocalypse

One time in 1921, Jack the Horse and Bobby the Knight were outside when they heard something. Bobby was nervous so he rushed into the King’s room.

“Oh King, Oh King, I heard a loud noise outside,” Bobby said worriedly.

“Don’t panic, let’s get the cannons ready,” replied the King.

The Attack of the Grass Monster

There was once a girl with hay fever and asthma. She didn’t have many friends but she had her best friend Luke who was always by her side. 

She didn’t go outside because she was scared of the grass monster.

The grass monster was a giant humanoid creature made up entirely of grass.

Bridget was not having a good day because she was getting bullied at school again.

Someone Stole My Teddy Bear

Dave was a homeless boy. He grew up on the streets. One day he met an old drunk man named Gerald who helped him find his way. 

Gerald was his only friend ever since his parents died.

As Gerald helped him get on his path, Dave also tried to help Gerald get out of his addiction.

Sewer Rats

Henry was a normal person who liked to catch rats in the sewers.

But Regina the Rat had escaped and ran into his basement. She was not like other rats.

She had sharp, pointy teeth and claws, and fur like a hedgehog’s spikes.

Billy the Little Boy was playing on his farm on 31st October 1921.

When he wandered into the cornfield, he found a teddy bear. It looked like a normal teddy bear but there was something strange about its eyes.

They were glow-in-the-dark red and shaped like an egg. Billy felt anxious but felt like there was an odd connection between them.

Josh's Travelling Disaster

Josh was born and raised in China. He is 20 years old. One day he got a phone call from his friend Janet who wanted to meet up with him.

He has to fly to a different country to meet Janet, but he’s afraid of heights.

It is their other friend’s 21st birthday and they want to do something special.

The human was cooking the other roast potatoes and chicken, but Mr. Potato and Mr. Chicken Leg’s cooking time was delayed.

Then, Mr. Potato saw the human take out a potato masher.

Johnny’s Way to Jupiter

One Thursday, Johnny the seven-year-old boy and his magic teddy who he brought everywhere went to the scrap yard to collect scraps and materials so they could build a rocket to go to Jupiter.

They collected all the scraps they needed and built their blue and yellow rocket.

They were ready to go to Jupiter.

Joe the Half Robot, Half Human Gets Betrayed

Joe the Half Robot, Half Human was in his haunted mansion. He got separated from his best friend, Wizard Blob the Wizard.

They were both being haunted by their biggest fears, Joe’s being Big Macs!

The cobwebs surrounded them so they couldn’t escape. It was scaring them and making them feel annoyed.

Danny the Football Player

Danny the football player got substituted on to play for his team. Then, the principal of the school called Danny to his room and gave him new jerseys for the team. 

He was afraid that his best friend Robbie wouldn’t fit in the jersey.

Robbie thought his best friend Danny was going to kick the ball to him and the ball was going to burst.

Aengus and the Chocolate Heist

Her doll, Eliza, had extremely soft, black hair that almost seemed real, and although her frock had once been lovely and new it was now old. 

Aither’s Adventure

Aither Astroid was a white fox with blue horns and black wings that lived in a painting in the Crawford Art Gallery. He sneaks out at night sometimes to get food.

Every day when the children come they touch and stroke the painting and he doesn’t like it! 

Every time they touch the painting he disappears into another picture.

The Attack of the Bananas

In the dangers of the jungle lived the orang-utan named Darwin and his trusty side-kick Turner the Turtle. 

Turner the Turtle was not slow he was super fast. Every year the banana wrangler Peely, came into the jungle to hunt all the animals. 

But of all the times he had come, he had only managed to hunt five animals. This year he is coming, but he won’t get anyone because a new superhero has arrived in the jungle.

The Great Manchesco Divelo

Manchesco Divelo is a talking dog and his biggest dream is to work at a circus.

The Buttery Toast Invasion

One beautiful summer morning, out of nowhere huge buttery monsters attacked Farmer Jim Bob Joe's house.

When the clock struck twelve, his best friend Squishy Watermelon Max got captured by the buttery toast. 

The buttery toast locked him up in a cell. Then Farmer Jim Bob Joe found a flying donkey and tried to capture it.

A Million Rashers

Then Billy Bob Joe saw his best friend Paul the Potato. 

Paul the Potato got into the frying pan to get a tan. When Paul the Potato got onto the frying pan, Billy Bob Joe almost ate him. 

Sam Versus the Big Chubby Rabbit

One day Sam was walking down the street when he came upon a baby pigeon. It was a bright summer's morning. 

Then he patted the pigeon. The pigeon seemed to be interested in something far away. 

Suddenly he saw a big chubby rabbit coming down the street toward him. Sam ran in the direction of the Cork pitch.

Nigel's Nonsense

Nigel is a 70-year-old man and he has been in hospital after he got knocked out in a boxing match by his 'friend' Isaac.

Nigel woke up to his cow, Bessie, licking his face. He gets a fright because Bessie is there and he's afraid of cows now.

When he got up, he found a load of cows in his kitchen rooting through his cupboards and they ate all the food so he had to go to the shop, but the shop closed down while he was in a coma. 

The War of the Water-balloons

Tiffany Thomas is a window cleaner and she's been working for two years and by her side are her two friends the Warthog called Roy and the Patricia the Parrot. 

She hated her job and wanted to help endangered penguins.

One day she was cleaning the Mayor's house and Patricia flew away. 

Lost Families and Chicken Nuggets

A chicken slides into view and in a gangster voice says, "Hey it's JBM, also known as Jimmy Buctas McNulty." 

A flying squirrel slides into view and says, "Ni!' There were a load of cows and pigs around so it was hard to slide into view without crashing into one. 

Jimmy says, "That's my secretary/best friend, Donna Buctas McNulty, who is also my cousin, my sista from another mista!" 

Lulu and Ugly

Jack The Ninja Warrior

One day Jack's Mom came into his room and found pictures of Chloe under his bed. When Jack came home he was grounded. 

Jack cried and he had to eat warm ice-cream with live worms inside the ice-cream.

While Jack was eating the ice-cream, his Mom ripped up the pictures and worse it was in front of him.

 

Nathan's Negative Nightmare: the beginning of a new evolution

One stormy night. Cold was the night.  In a small little village, in a small little street in a small little orphanage, in a small little kid there was a big imagination and a big dream.

Suddenly there was a big earthquake.  He was having a dream.  The earthquake was happening outside of his body and it sent him into his nightmare.

The first thing that came to his sight was a cat.  A talking cat.  An evil cat.

Jim and the Magic Pen

This story is set in Canada. A pen was being shipped from India to Canada. 

Jim Boston went to a library in Canada and finds a book that tells him what the magic pen can do. 

Then he turned to the next page and found a pen. He also finds a map that helps him find the magic pen.

Once upon a time there was a Panda-bear called Hugs. 

Her best friend was a Yorkie called Cocoa. She lived in a big back garden with her owner.

They were on holidays and she got lost in the woods.

Jimmy's Adventure in Search of the A+

Jimmy was on his way home from after-school study with Freddie, when he was ambushed by bullies. 

His best friend Freddie fell, so he had to run back to get a plaster for him, but it wouldn't really stick, because he couldn't find a solid part of his body – he had no bones. 

Jimmy started talking to Freddie and the bullies were wondering who he was talking to.

The first thing I could smell was a strong smell of smoke and the first thing I could see was what I thought was fog.

It was a Friday evening when Christopher the Cheese first came to the big fridge, he was bought from the shop by the evil Mr. Loaf.

Mr. Loaf was very indecisive about what cheese to buy. 

Christopher the Cheese was quite distressed on the way home as he was being squished by Mairead the Milk and the sausages in the bag.

Jim the cheetah was born in 1902. When he was 5 years old he was bullied in school and he met Daly the lion. 

At the school made of bamboo they learned how to be faster than other animals, they learned how to survive in the wild and they learned how to hunt. 

Jim wasn't very good at those things, so everyday Daly helped him get better.

The FBI came to arrest him and George the Lip Balm. As they were driving, General Metal Chicken and George escaped and made their way to the bank.

They quickly robbed the bank and returned to the castle. They went into a random room and saw a black cat.

Rain and Her Dream

Rain the rainbow dragon woke up to loads of thunder and rain. She hit her head on the top of the roof. She felt a lot of pain and she was furious!

The pain melted away when she saw the rain outside.

With joy, she ran out and saw a rainbow.

Woolly and the Brownie Ice Cream

One day there was a mammoth named Woolly taking a short drink at the river. She was thinking about how to get some brownie ice-cream.

Suddenly, it turned nighttime and she was afraid. She was with her best friend, Flipper the Penguin.

“We’ll wait for tomorrow and then we’ll go buy some brownie ice cream,” said Flipper. Flipper was scared to get ice cream because it was near the humans.

Leafy’s Adventure

One day, there was a leaf looking for a friend. She found a friend that was a mustache.

A boy came along that hated leaves and started ripping up all the leaves in the area. She tried to escape but then she saw a caterpillar.

The leaf was scared of the caterpillar but the caterpillar was very nice. 

 

Joe Discovered the Mysterious Island

Joe the Ninja Bunny was going on a secret mission in a helicopter, but he fell out and landed in the jungle. He started looking for the beach, but he kept going around in circles. 

Then he met a giant parrot. He nearly got a heartattack and started running away really really fast.

Then, Millie the Snake saw that he was in trouble and tried to save him. She came in from a tree, grabbed a stick, and held the parrot’s mouth open.

Maniac Margerat on a chase

“WHERE IS MY CHEWY TOFFEES!?” Maniac Margerat demanded. She could hear the children laughing as they ran away with her toffees.

“Oh no, how are we going to give her toffees if we have eaten them?” the children whispered as they hid under the kitchen table.

Lucy and the fox

Once upon a time, a bunny named Lucy was in the woods.  She was out collecting carrots from the woods. Then she found another bunny named Zoe.

There is a big fox in the woods, Zoe said to Lucy.  Lucy grabbed all of her carrots and started running with her friend. 

The fox is very hungry.  The fox was hunting for animals.  The fox saw Lucy and Zoe and started chasing them.

Slimey the Super Slime vs Dr. Robot Purple Pants

Slimey the Super Slime was in his house eating rabbit food for his breakfast. Slimey was in his hottub of slime when a hotdog jumped out.

The hotdog was Irish dancing and wearing his Irish dancing kilt. The hotdog fell over and fell into the hottub. 

The hotdog started talking in a Scottish/Australian accent and said, “G’day mate.”

Toby was in Trouble!

Once upon a time, a long long time ago, there was a lonely dog called Toby. He was wandering down the street one day when he came across two dogs called Yoda and Gus.

They came across hot dogs and got very scared because they thought hot dogs were made of real dogs.

The Escaped Prisoner

Then she heard a knock on the door. There was an old lady at the door.

The old lady handed her a crumpled note that had been left on her doorstep with instructions to give it to Miss Halloway. 

The Pig of Paris

Shaniqua really wanted to go to Paris, so she got on her moped and went to Sam’s house. When she got to Sam’s house, she couldn’t find him anywhere.

She looked under the sink, in his bed and in the fridge! Then, she heard a noise coming from the bathroom.

She thought to herself “Sam can wait, let me just get some stuff from the fridge.” 

Charles’s Adventure

Charles the dog lived in an apartment in the city with his owner. But his greatest fear was just out the door. He was very afraid of getting lost in the city.

One day, he heard a claw scratching and meow at the door. It was his best friend, Midnight the black cat. 

“My greatest wish is to be a superhero,” said Charles.

Happy and Ben the Brave Dogs!

Happy the cavachon dog got kicked out of his hometown! In the dark he was scared of all the talking trees. After that he sees his best friend Ben the blue dog. 

Then a massive talking tree jumps on top of Ben the blue dog and throws him back into dogtopia.

The talking tree grabs Happy and brings him to the hometown of Talking Trees. 

Murder Mystery

Mary Hollings was a murder detective. She was on a mission to find a bunch of murderers, but there was one specific murderer she was trying to get. With Charles the Black Boxer, will she find the murderer?

The murderer she was trying to find was Adolf Hitler’s great, great, great, great grandson - Tom Hitler.

Charles the dog and Tom made a great scheme together. They were planning to get Mary fired.

Rock and Roll, Far From Home

The Tale of the Tea

William was an old posh man from Britain. In an old cabin, he was enjoying a cup of tea.

It was a cabin on one of his land because he owns a lot of land. William was in a bad mood.

The big pot of water was hanging idle over the fire. He used his last tea bag the night before and in the morning he had no tea.

The Friends Who Rule the World

It was Friday, the 24th September 1994. It was getting kind of cold and windy, but it didn’t bother Phil, because the wind went right through his bones. 

He was on top of a mountain, looking down at his town of Snowdin.

A snowstorm was roaming in, as the dark clouds surrounded the town.

The Naughty Leprechaun

Early on Easter Sunday morning, the Easter Bunny left Easter eggs all the way up Croagh Patrick in Co. Mayo.

The Easter Bunny drew a map of where all the Easter eggs were hidden. 

The Easter Bunny dropped a copy of the map and a leprechaun found it.

Facing Your Fears

One day Lisa and Daisy were at the beach chilling out. Lisa was Daisy’s best friend. Lisa was super sporty - she had come first in every race on Sports Day, she was captain of the school football team and was always chosen first for everything…but her favourite sport was swimming.

Daisy was Lisa’s best friend. She had a passion for art – especially drawing and designing clothes.

Simon The Cyborg

Simon was a little boy aged twelve. He absolutely loved space. When he was in bed, Simon would dream of going to space in an enormous rocket. His favourite movie was any type of sci-fi movie, he had Space Invaders birthdays, space-related Christmas presents. In short, everything had a bit of space-related things in it.

Our story begins when Simon got a scholarship to be the first ever kid in space. Simon was over the moon, the day he said his goodbyes to his family and friends and set out on his journey to NASA.

Lost In War

One day there was a nine year old boy called Phil who lived in a small cottage on St. Catherine’s Road. World War Three was going to happen that day.

Phil was going to town with his mother. When they got there, it was very busy - everyone was getting their last bits and bobs. A few minutes later, a loud deafening noise was heard from all around town. Everyone rushed to their houses.

Phil was all alone!  His mother had left with everyone else. No one could be heard or seen.

The Easter Egg Hunt

I was hunting for Easter Eggs when suddenly I stumbled across the most amazing, gleaming, magical eggs. 

They were spotty and stripy, they were lying in the long green grass, and I looked around to make sure no one was looking then I quickly grabbed the two eggs and ran to look for some more, I found two more.

At the end, me and my two friends Lily and Molly sat down on the concrete and showed each other what was in them.

April Fool's Disaster

Ava was a little girl who loved science. She was inspired by her dad (Mr. Smith), who was a mad scientist.

Mr. Smith would do all sorts of tricks, such as make her pet rabbit a human being, make himself invincible and make their house the size of a pea. 

His most famous trick was to shrink a person on April Fools’ Day.

One normal day in November 2009, there was a fast food restaurant named Rade-x. They sold hot dogs and chips and stuff like that.

A boy named Tom went there every week to get a hot dog. Tom had a sister who was really into science and equations. Tom had to bring her to the fast food shop as well because she was too young to stay at home on her own. Every time they went, she would get chips. It was always the same. This time it was different.

Tom's Day at the beach

Tom was going to the beach with his family.

He absolutely adored the beach, not because of the sand but because of the sea creatures - he thought they were fascinating.

A huge black board covered up one of the shop windows. 

Coloured chalk dust coated the ground and pieces of chalk were dotted across the ground.

The Spooky House

Once upon a time there was a little girl called Mary. One day she went to a haunted house. The house was called The Spooky House.

The house was known to be cursed and inside was a ghost named Creepy. He used to be a boy, but he went into the house one night, even though he was told not to.

He didn't listen. He did not leave before sunrise, so he got turned into a ghost.

Wild

At night, Olivia was sleepwalking and then she found herself in the forest. She felt something on her back. 

She looked and there was no one there. She was on the news because she was lost and her parents were worried.

She was scared, then Olivia was more scared. “Why do you ask?” because there was a……bear.

Once there was a dog. His name was Ruff. He wanted to travel the WORLD but he had an owner so he couldn't. That made him sad.

One day, Ruff woke up (after dreaming about travelling the world). Then he went outside. A boy threw a ball and Ruff ran and ran and ran. 

Ruff kept on running and running. Eventually, the ball stopped and Ruff looked around. He was in a town but he wasn't in his own town - it was different. 

Annabelle the Space Hedgehog

“Hi, Moon,” shouted Annabelle (she had to shout because sound doesn’t travel very well in space).

Their Fear is Mud

A few days ago I was speaking to my Aunty Irma over the telephone. We were chatting about Olivia and when she was due. That's when it all began. I arrived at Irwa's, a cottage in the countryside, it was so familiar for me. I loved to help out, I was fascinated about the visit. "I couldn't be more happier that a pig in mud", I kept saying. 

I was talking about Olivia. During the night there was some strange noises coming from the pigsty enclosure outside. 

The Kids Are All Right

“Right, I am off to Dublin,” said Ms Dainty.  “I am not buying any presents for any children in the orphanage this time.”

“Quick Daniel! This is your chance to follow your dreams, to get out of the orphanage,'' said Beth.

Angelina’s Task

Charlie lay motionless at her feet. She had done it. A million thoughts raced through Angelina’s mind but she had one question, “Where to hide the body?”

A pang of guilt hung over her, but there was no time to be emotional. Though he was three years older than her, Angelina managed to heave her brother into a bush and started to make her way home. The knife still bloody in her pocket. The others would collect him tomorrow and she would get her payment.

Devil and Stretch Man

You might ask who is Devil and Stretch Man? Well I’m about to tell YOU!!!!!!!!

Sam and Dan were working in a nuclear power plant in Dublin. They didn’t really like their jobs there but they had a roof over their heads so they weren’t too unhappy.

One day, Sam was just working when he found something out of place, but what was it? Dan’s birthday? No, that was yesterday.

The news presenter said "a fairy came over to the garda station and is giving nightmares to children". Oh,no cried Emma H." That's the nightmare fairy who's saying the nighttime fairy is having nightmares to children" cried Niamh.

 

Braydon’s Search For His Parents

Braydon Bear woke up early and looked around the forest. The sun shone through the leaves, the air was damp. He yawned and looked for his mum and dad, Billy and Becky, but couldn’t see them. He checked behind some other trees but no luck. He went to the lake and washed himself and decided to go in search of them. Braydon’s best friend Jennifer Giraffe was preening nearby.

“Jennifer, can you help me search for mum and dad? They’re nowhere to be found.”

It’s Amazing What Happens When You Go Over A Rainbow

There was an elephant called Aiden.  His greatest wish was to go to the moon.  His greatest fear was sharks and mice.  His best friend was a unicorn called Hudson.

Aiden and Hudson were the best of friends.  This friendship started the day the zookeeper left the gate open for the elephant enclosure.  So all of the elephants were able to run free!  Every elephant went a different way.  Some went south, some north, some east and even west! But Aiden ran up the rainbow!

The Worst Day Ever

Ok, you noticed I am angry, but this time am so angry. I'll tell you the story. On my way to ballet I tripped. I thought my knee was broken but it was not. When I got to ballet my tights were tight and itchy. My ballet teacher said that I was disturbing her class so I got kicked out of class. When shopping with mum, I remember it was turn to pick the cereal. So I picked Rainbow Pops but mam said I have porridge and that it was a waste buying them.

The One Eyed Boy

Once upon a time there was a boy called Fergus. Now Fergus was not a normal boy. 

Fergus had one eye. He was born that way and everyone thought he was very weird looking with only one eye, but he was used to that.

When he reached the age of 10 he only started school because he was home schooled, "could you imaging that", he hardly made any friends.

Grace and The Trouble With Kittens

Once upon a time there was a girl called grace. Grace loooooooved kittens. She even made a poem called: Kittens. Ok lets move on from her poem.

She love kittens so much she had kittens on every thing, clothes, pillows, curtains, and even wallpaper. But the trouble was that she had no kittens and what was the fun in that?

Everyone except her had at least one cute pet. Everyday after school she would go to the pet shop and see if they were selling any kittens.

The Boy Who Dreamed

This is the story of a boy called Aaron, who dreamed every night when he was in bed with his thick duvet over him and his cuddly toy Ted. 

Aaron dreamed of dragons and amazing things to see, like rainbow rivers and talking trees. 

In one of Aaron’s dreams, Ted learned how to talk. Ted could sing and dance and even go for a walk. 

Revenge on Cara

Dan trudged around his room in a temper. He was bored.

Dan’s dog Frank had chewed up his comics, his friend Mason was at his grandad’s house learning how to be a spy, his rugby ball was punctured, his brother had hogged the TV and his sister had hogged the computer. She wouldn’t even let him have one go on Snake Master’s Revenge 2, his favourite game ever!!

Cara always hogged the computer, she said it was for her homework but really she used it to watch videos on YouTube.

Face Your Fears

Once upon a time there live a dragon called Jack and jack wants to break a world record of making 100 peanut butter sandwiches in 1 hour. 

But Jack is afraid of peanut butter. And he doesn't know why. Jack's best friend is a handbag called Arianna. 

Arianna tried every thing to help jack over hs fear of peanut butter but nothing worked.

Maddy Cruelsome

The Cruelsomes were moving to their new house.

“Do we have to move to a new house, Mummy?” asked Maddy.

“Darling we have to, it’s closer to your father’s new job,” said Maddy`s mother.

Peter and Plexus' Coffee Shop

Sean, age 6 (almost 7), County Wicklow

Once upon a time in a land far, far away there lived a crew of salty scary pirates on their ship, The Black Donkey.

Peter and Plexus were the top bananas. They’d met in Pirate School. Peter had a very little brother called Nugget. Boon was very booney, booting people off the ship when he felt like it. Furry had a hairy chest with a gold jewelled necklace. Claw had sharp fingernails. Double Duck Quack Quack was half duck.  He said “Quack quack” after every sentence.  Chef Dusty was the head chef. If he was angry, Chef Dusty would bang his meat cleaver - especially if anyone asked for seconds.

A Dog’s Way Home

Once there was a dog called Louise and the owner was called James.  James was a happy boy.

One day, James and Louise were playing catch with a ball. James threw the ball very very far into the forest.  

Louise went into the forest to get the ball.

Violet the Ladybird with 700 Spots and Her Best Friend Zack the Caterpillar with 100 Zigzags

Violet the ladybird with 700 spots was on a lilypad in a pond, looking at clouds. She was looking at the shapes of all the clouds.

Then she got out of the pond to look for Zack her best friend - a caterpillar with 100 zigzags, to have a party. 

But he was not at his house!  She walked one hundred metres and then met Zack.

Space Mouse

There was a mouse called Mouse.The mouse’s greatest wish was to fly into space.Her greatest fear was to crash. Her best friend was an astronaut called Alexander.

One day the mouse went up into space. Alexander and his friends showed Mouse how the spaceship worked.
