Food Fight

Once upon a time there was a giant pizza called Pepper Roni.

His best friend was Crisps, the alien, his head was made of crisps and his body was an alien’s.

They lived in a cave in a small village.  Pepper Roni’s biggest wish was for the world to be made of pizza. 

The Adventures of the fat fly

Donard NS, 3rd class, County Wicklow 13th March 2019

Mr Tom, the fly, was driving his Lamborghini on the N81. Suddenly, it dawned on him that he wanted to become fat.

He looked around, and he saw that everyone around him was fat. He said “I don’t want to be skinny anymore.”

At first he went to McDonalds, and he ordered a Grand Big Mac and Big Mac Bacon.  

 

Puggo vs Jim

Once upon a time there was a pug called Puggo. He was a government minister in Puggoland.

Puggo knew a velociraptor named Barry. Barry used to be a millionaire after he won the Velociraptor Lotto, but he lost all the money because he had too many plastic surgeries.

Puggo’s wish was to be the President of Puggoland. A new pug named Jim had moved into Puggoland. 

The Tiger’s Nightmare

Once upon a time in the jungle there lived a tiger called Tasha.

Her owner was her friend Stephanie.

Someone was hiding and pushed Tasha into the river. She got scared and growled.

Molly Flies Away

Once upon a time, there was a bird called Molly. She had a best friend called Polly the parrot.

Every night, Molly dreamed about coffee and had nightmares about bananas. 

She also wanted another best friend who was a dragon.

It was a cold snowy night at the in work at the docks for Steve “No Shoes.”  

The water was icy. His toes were freezing. And there was an icicle stuck to the end of his nose.

Steve “No Shoes” went home after work. Before he went to bed, he wished to get a new pair of shoes.

Mr. Moody and the hypnotised lion

Once upon a time, there lived an old man called Mr. Moody, with his side kick, Rio, the lion.

They lived far, far away from the town, in Slovenia.  His super power was to hypnotise people, since he was a baby.

One day he was so angry he hypnotised his side kick Rio by making him do all the work around the house.

The Missing Family

Once upon a time there was a chair called Jeff. He wanted to be best friends with Fridge the fridge.

Jeff was sitting on a sofa and then his pet, Colin the cup came jumping. 

Jeff was thinking about how he had no friends and he was lonely.

Louie and the Popcorn Shoes

​Once there was a lion named Louie. Louie was afraid of popcorn. 

He was afraid that Popcorn would go up his nose and give him a heart attack.

One day he was outside when he saw a pair of shoes on the ground. 

Poppy’s Adventures

Once upon a time there was a popcorn kernel called Poppy the Popcorn.

Poppy was in a bag of popcorn but fell out. She fell out into a popcorn maker. 

Someone came along to fill another bag of popcorn. Poppy was scooped into the bag and grew strong.

Georgie the Lying Cow

One day Georgie the Flexing Cow went to the Gucci shop but she had forgotten her money.

She cried and she threw a tantrum on the floor.

Georgie went to her best friend, Pippy to ask for money.

Bye Bye Billy!

Shane is playing in a match. He’s just about to score the winning goal.

The crowd is silent. Shane swings his hammer and the ball goes into the back of the net. 

The crowd roars and Shane’s team rush over and pick him up.

A Really Ruuuffff Day

It was a Thursday and Kyle Patoski and Ponnie the one-eyed girl were eating sausages at the table.

Kyle the dog was in a high chair. They were both enjoying their food.

Suddenly Kyle looked down and noticed that Ponnie was not wearing any socks

Bob A and Barta's School Trip

St Thomas' SNS, Jobstown​, 4th class, County Wicklow, 28 February 2019

One day in school Bob A was going on a tour with his class to a haunted house. 

The bus driver was really, really mean. Bob A wanted to get rid of the bus driver and needed help to do it.

He teamed up with Barta, his best friend, to annoy the bus driver. 

The Potato Peeler

Once upon a time there was a homeless potato that wanted to be famous. 

His name was Patatoe. He was rejected by everyone.

His parents died by becoming fries by McDonalds.

Blueblop and George

There once was a mutant called Blueblop. Blueblop was mad because he wanted to be a person. 

One day he saw a stray dog and he brought it to his house. He became best friends with George.

When Blueblop woke up the next morning, he saw that George was kidnapped! 

Turtle Romance

Once upon a turtle there was a turtle named Jeff Turtleman. 

Jeff lived in a rock in the turtle village. His best friend was Joe the pug.

Jeff smuggled Joe into the turtle village to play with him. They loved to play together.

The Dragons Save The World

Once upon a time there was a cat named Lightfury. They had the body and wings of a dragon but tail of a lizard. 

They lived in Knockandburn Castle inside a volcano. His greatest fear was Flynn the magic evil dragon.

One Thursday when Lightfury got up, they went out of the volcano onto the grass. 

The Amazing Adventure

St Patrick’s National School, Diswellstown Road, Dublin 15, 5th Class, 25 February 2019

Canky the Candyfloss Monkey was lost in a candy jungle. Her family had dissolved in a flood. 

She did have a brother, but he had been monkeykidnapped long ago.

Canky was swinging through lollipop trees on liquorice vines when she saw a penguin stuck to one of the lollipop branches.

Al and Cheesy's Army

Once there was a flying taco and his name was Al. His best friend was Cheesy the Spotty Cheese. 

They met one day in a shop when Cheesy accidentally stuck cheese on Al.

“We have fused,” Al said. They high-fived and wished for a new power.

The Benjinator

Once there was a dog called Milo the Puppycorn and his worst fear was Frosting Phantom, the Evil Cupcake.

Suddenly, the cupcake was on his back.

“AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!” screamed Milo.

The Not Fun Adventures of the Negative Narwhal

Drumcondra National School Church Avenue, Dublin 9, 4th – 6th Class, 13 February 2019

One day, the Negative Narwhal was out trying to hit people with his magical horn, to make them feel gloomy.

He had sent a job application to McDonald’s. His cousin Positive Paul the seal worked there - but Negative Narwhal did not know that. 

He had received an earpiece in the post and when he got the job, they told him through his earpiece.

Tiger the Tiger

Tiger the Tiger was trying to collect as many things as he could. 

Tiger met his best friend, Tadhg the Lion, in his secret place. 

“Let’s go look for food in the desert,” says Tadhg. 

Molly’s Adventure

Once upon a time, there was a cow that oinked. Her name was Molly. 

She was dreaming that she was jumping from cloud to cloud to China.

Molly wanted to go to China so much because she loved the food, especially orange chicken.

Karok the Scientist

Karok the scientist had spent years and years creating a potion that would put the president to sleep.

Karok wanted to become president so that he could get rid of all the evil clowns in the world. 

But Speiceious the majestic dragon, who was Karok’s best friend, was against his idea. 

The Buttery Toast Invasion

Glenville National School, 4th Class, County Cork, 08 February 2019 

One beautiful summer morning, out of nowhere huge buttery monsters attacked Farmer Jim Bob Joe's house.

When the clock struck twelve, his best friend Squishy Watermelon Max got captured by the buttery toast. 

The buttery toast locked him up in a cell. Then Farmer Jim Bob Joe found a flying donkey and tried to capture it.
