The Doughnut Marriage

St Columba’s National School, Glasnevin, 4th Class, 6 September 2012
Mr Fatty the angry boss was in his office with his feet up on the desk.  He was pretending to work.

His best friend, Mr McClonkey, barged in and slammed the door behind him.  Mr Fatty said, “What do you have there?”

“Its your favourite! Red sprinkled chocolate donuts,” said Mr McClonkey.

They ate ten each.

Afterwards, Mr McClonkey said, “Do you want to go the swimming pool after work?”

Mr Fatty said, “All right.  There will be lots of girls at the swimming pool.”

Later on, at the swimming pool, all of the girls ran away when they saw Mr Fatty.

He ran and did a canonball into the pool but he sank to the bottom because he can’t swim.  There was an enormous splash.  The lifeguard, Liza, jumped in to save him.

“Thank you!  Would you like to go out to dinner with me?” asked Mr Fatty.

“Never in a million years,” Liza said. “You know I’m going out with Mr McClonkey, right?”

When he got out of the pool, Mr Fatty’s swim trunks exploded.  This has happened before, so he was wearing a spare pair.

Liza’s sister, Indie, was a lifeguard too.  She fell out of her chair when she saw Mr Fatty’s swim trunks explode.
