Once upon a time there was a gingerbread man called Gingy. He loved to go on walks and meet his friends. His best friend was Bob the marshmallow.
“Hi Bob, how are you doing?” said Gingy.
“I’m doing fine, thanks,” replied Bob.
One day when Bob and Gingy went for a walk, Bongo the clown came to Gingy’s house and stole all the sweets and extra buttons from Gingy’s clothes.
When they came home, Gingy said, “Where’s all my stuff?”
“I don’t know, but we must find out,” replied Bob.
Just then Gingy found a scrap of colourful hair. “That must be Bongo’s hair!” Gingy shouted.
“I wish I had superpowers so I could shoot Smarties from my mouth to defeat Bongo,” said Gingy.
“That’s a great idea because Bongo is afraid of sweets,” replied Bob.
That night, before Gingy went to bed, he saw a shooting star and wished to have superpowers…
